Mechanism of Action |
While the entire mechanism of BACOGNIZE® is currently being delineated, two unique compounds derived from this patent-protected ingredient have shown an ability to support kinase activity during neuronal upkeep and synthesis, which can also help support synaptic activity. This ability has been clinically demonstrated in the hippocampus & frontal cortex. These compounds are likely responsible for BACOGNIZE’s ability to competitively bind serotonin receptors 5HT1a and 5HT2a. |
